My Background

With over 18 years of experience in the service industry, wellness, hair & beauty industry and over 14 years as an entrepreneur, I have developed a unique approach that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus.

 I hold a reiki level 2 certification and an NLP (neuro linguistic programming) practitioner certification. Combined with my years of training a team and growing a business into the 6 figure mark, I know what's needed to create win-win results for business owners, team members and their customers.

My Approach

My training sessions are centered around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness in a non-judgemental space. I am passionate about using a variety of techniques so every individual benefits in their learning. My training is super interactive with real-life evidence, visuals, workbooks, question & answer sessions, feedback given on observation, team building activities, opportunities to embody & process what they've learnt, and role play to experience the platinum service first-hand - why not have a bit of fun and a laugh while we're at it!

My platinum service and sales training is made for anyone who sees customers on a one-to-one basis. This can include the following; Beauty therapists, hairdressers, massage therapists, aestheticians, make-up artists, healers, tutors, personal trainers, stylists, recruitment consultants, barbers, advisors, agents.


Absolutely. We'll tailor training completely around your needs making it bespoke to the individual or the team. We can do a full day of training, half day, hold training over a number of weeks, or I can offer shorter digestible trainings. I can also re-visit to observe how the service has been implemented and provide feedback for improvements.


The foundation of my platinum service is super versatile so if you wish to have training with me, I can provide training for the sales and influential language aspect of the platinum service, bespoke to your business model. Contact me so we can discuss requirements.


Yes! I love to travel no matter where it is (schedule dependant), There will be a charge for additional travel if I'm not close by. This training is made for in-person, alternatively, I offer online training.
